Sorry guys. It's been a crazy week. We've had people over everyday this week, so after having one group over, we would start preparing for the next. I don't have anything that I really want to post on, but I've been going through a Bible study lesson and it has really been talking about God's word and how important it is. I was wondering though, what are you currently reading in the word. It's great to read other books by other Christian people, but we also need to be in the word constantly. Also, If you are memorizing anything, I would love to hear about it!

Hey Kole,
I'm going through the book of Acts the Christians really had some hard times back then. I'm also memorizing Romans 12, it's really powerful
I am studying in Matthew, 1 Peter, and Titus right now. All of it is so good! :) I am glad you brought up the point that the Bible must be first and central to our "reading lists". Without reading the Bible, what good are we really doing by reading? God's Word must always be first.
I too understand about being busy! We too have had company for the past few weeks. :)
God bless.
I am reading in the book of Jeremiah and doing more in depth study in Malachi. There are so many lessons to learn from Malachi especially certain issues related to the leadership and membership in the Church.
I'm currently reading 1 Chronicles and Mark.
I am reading in Joshua and 1st Samuel today. But things move along fast in a 90 day plan. (90 plans are cool because you can see the whole story and still remember the first few books you read as you read the last... as long at your paying attention...)
Hey Kole,
It's Elizabeth Vaughn from church. I said I'd leave you a comment so know you can chit chat with Jimmy and I! By the way, were right in the middle of Joshua, good book.
Have a great week!! :)

I'm a Bible addict. The Holy Spirit has been blessing me constantly in the holy Scriptures for the past five years intensely. So I would love to boast a little in His grace. Currently I'm reading MacChayne's Bible reading plan. I'm in:
Dueteronomy (at the end)
Psalm 119 (just finished)
Isaiah 60's (New Creation)
Matthew (Sermon on the Mount)
I also have been listening to Revelation (audio CD), and reading a commentary on it by MacArthur.
I'm studying Romans 4 for a teen Bible study (we covered chapters 1-3 over the past couple months).
I read all of 1 Peter in the car the other day on a trip with my fam.
I would suggest to all Bible addicts, that you read entire NT letters straight through from time to time. This is very helpful.
Thanks for asking.
God bless.
